Data Sources
The data itself can be gathered from a variety of sources and in various formats. Depending on your reward program objectives and your data systems, we can receive data from:
- Direct, automated customer file transfer
- POS and ERP integrations
- For manufacturers, Lift & Shift offers its proprietary Distributor Data Direct™ (DDD) platform. With DDD, your distributors share their customer data with Lift & Shift under an NDA, which enables you to leverage this data to reward and influence your downstream customers
- Claim submissions, where program participants can submit a claim or warranty for validation, processing and rewarding. Lift & Shift’s claim submission portal enables the quick and easy submission of claims via computer or mobile phone
- Learning Management Software (LMS). Your reward program objectives may include influencing and rewarding channel partners and/or employees for improving their product knowledge, selling techniques or installation practices. Many companies employ LMS to provide training and instruction for these purposes. Lift & Shift can easily incorporate the course completion data from any LMS into any B2B loyalty program.

The days of trying to manually track rewards earned using a spreadsheet are long gone (and thank goodness!) Lift & Shift’s rules engine enables us to create and automatically track as many different reward rules as you need to reward any sort of individual for any trackable action. For example, in addition to straightforward ‘buy X and get Y points’, your rules may include year over year growth targets, special product bundles, cross-category or upsell purchasing, channel sales goals, employee productivity targets, learning objectives, etc.
Our innovative rules engine tracks what actions found in your data qualify for a certain reward rule and then it awards earned reward points to that customer, channel partner or employee – right down to the individual level if need be.
