Background

A wholesale distributor of aftermarket performance parts and truck accessories partnered with Lift & Shift to create a year-over-year, growth-based points program for their dealers.


They had three objectives in mind:

  • To differentiate themselves from the competition
  • Increase the total spend, number of transactions and transaction size from their existing customers
  • Grow market share

Solution

Lift & Shift created a Dealer Rewards program where we reviewed their historical sales data for target accounts and identified purchasing gaps and opportunities.


We then developed the program assets, including a reward website, monthly email statements, and program introduction materials.


A tiered growth bonus structure was created to keep members engaged and motivated. Each month, regular, targeted bonus offers are created.
